Additional charges apply for administrative, dining, transportation, housekeeping, maintenance, wellness services, and levels of care.

Rental fees for independent living start at $3,047 for a one-bedroom. Assisted living starts at $7,604 for a studio. Additional services may incur extra fees.

Costs range from $3,200/month for a studio in independent living to $7,400/month for assisted living one-bedroom. Deluxe studios up to $7,320/month. Residential care up to $275/day. Additional services and meal plans available.
