Overview of Staff and Training
Training is a part of our onboarding process. All staff is required to take annual safety and performance training depending on their role here at our community.
Safety and Well-being Measures
All residents receive a 24/7 lively device to ensure easy direct access and communication for emergency services that is GPS enabled. Each device is programmed for each individual resident with their name, apartment location, and emergency contact information.
Transition Support Services
Our ambassadors and staff are an important part of welcoming new residents and aiding in that transition. Many of our new residents join us for lunch and a tour and have the opportunity to meet our resident ambassadors. They feel like they already have friends when they move into the community.
Transportation Services
We do provide transportation within an 8-mile radius. Residents call the front desk to schedule transportation.
Dining Experience
Our dining room is a beautiful inviting space and offers our residents time to socialize and enjoy meals with their neighbors. We offer three chef-prepared meals with the ability to select foods to accommodate dietary restrictions. Our meals are well balanced and ensure our residents are eating healthily. We also have a new addition of a pastry chef which adds a nice touch to our dining experience.
Addressing Complaints and Issues
Depending on the issue, a resident can call the front desk if it is a maintenance issue to be addressed. We also have monthly resident meetings to keep an open line of communication between our staff and residents for any complaints or suggestions. We do have an open door policy for any residents who have any issues that they would like to discuss with staff.

Communication with Resident's Families
We have bi-weekly meetings with our care partners to discuss any concerns regarding residents who may need services as well as alert family to concerns.
Short-term or Respite Stays
We do offer Respite with a 30-day minimum stay. The cost is $100 per day.
Pet-Friendly Community
We are a pet-friendly community. Residents must sign a pet addendum as part of the residency agreement.
Waitlist Information
We do not have a waitlist at this time.
Vaccination Clinics
We do offer various clinics to help residents get flu, COVID, and RSV shots as part of that program.
Aging in Place
Yes, our residents are able to age in place with supportive services to give them the resources to remain independent for as long as possible. Residents can receive up to hospice care in our community.
