We are a Skilled nursing facility with Long Term Care. We have a Fantastic Rehab team with Powerback that offers Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy. They utilize a wide range of techniques to help our residents regain mobility, and a level of independence.

Communication with resident families is essential, though we do not currently use email or monthly newsletters. We ensure that all important information is communicated directly and efficiently.

Transportation Services

While we do not offer general transportation for leisure activities, we do have a transportation scheduler to assist with medical appointments and procedures. This service includes wheelchair and stretcher rides as needed.

Wait List Information

For those interested in long-term care, we do have a wait list. The length of the wait can vary based on discharges and availability.
