Overview of Our Professional Staff and Training

Our team comprises nurses, QMA’s (Qualified Medication Aides), and CNA’s (Certified Nursing Assistants). All caregivers have completed all State required certifications, ensuring they are well-equipped to provide the highest level of care.

Safety and Well-being Measures

To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we employ several measures. These include camera surveillance throughout the building, key fobs to monitor access to resident apartments, emergency pendants for each resident, and pull cords in every bathroom. Additionally, all bathrooms are equipped with grab bars, and showers are lipless walk-ins. The main entrance is secured from 7:30pm to 7am, accessible only by fob, with a bell system for guests without fobs.

Transition Support Services

For new residents, we offer referrals to a senior-specific mover and assign a Resident Ambassador through our Life Engagement Director. This helps new residents acclimate to our community as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Dining Experience

Our dining room operates from 7am to 7pm, offering made-to-order meals in a restaurant-style setting. We also feature daily lunch and dinner specials during traditional meal times.
