Staff Overview and Training

Our team is well equipped to care for our residents' daily needs appropriately. Our Director of Health & Wellness is a trained RN and is here Monday - Friday during regular business hours and is usually on call. Our Resident Care Director is a certified Medicine Technician and trained as a caregiver; she is also responsible for hiring and training all of the Medicine Technicians as well as the caregivers.

Safety and Well-being Measures

Our doors automatically lock at 7pm every evening; it does not mean that you can no longer enter the building, it just means that you will have to call the Care Team, and they will let you in the building. Also, each resident in Assisted Living is given a pendant and is equipped to use it whenever assistance is needed. The Care team is required to check on every resident every hour throughout the day and night, specifically for the fall risk residents.

Transportation Services

Yes, transportation is offered on Tuesday & Thursday to our residents to appointments within a 10-mile radius of the community.

Dining Experience

Yes, our residents thoroughly enjoy eating their meals in the dining rooms and conversing with their friends! The residents are offered a selection of meals and have an alternative menu for more variety. The meals are served restaurant-style.

Complaint and Issue Resolution

Typically, if there is a complaint, our residents tend to speak with a member of the care team to get it resolved and or our Executive Director.

Communication with Families

Typically, our family members are communicated through email regarding upcoming events and any changes throughout the community.

Short-term or Respite Stays

Yes, our respite stays are at a minimum 30 days and the cost is $175 per day + care.

Pet Policy

Yes, we can accommodate small pets (25lbs or smaller) as long as the resident can appropriately care for the pet; there is a one-time charge that will be discussed during the contract signing with our Executive Director.

Availability and Waitlist

We currently have availability for memory care as well as assisted living! Please call for current pricing and apartments available.

Vaccination Availability

Yes, our flu clinic will be on 10/9; we will have a Covid vaccine clinic in the near future.
