Yes, we have an ambassador program as well as life enrichment staff to assist in introductions

We hold a town hall meeting once a month and our executive director has an open door policy
What is your policy on communication with resident's families?
Always a phone call from nursing with any issues. How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being? There is a 30 day re assessment and every 6 months after that. Nursing will always call to discuss as well. Nursing is available 7 days a week 8a-8p to speak with you about any concerns.
