Overview of Professionals and Training

Our staff includes Nurses, CNA’s, Chefs, Servers, Housekeepers, Receptionists, and Activity professionals. Our directors comprise the Executive Director, Director of Community Relations, Business Office Director, Resident Care Director, Memory Care Director, Facilities Director, and Activities Director, all with diverse backgrounds ranging from Social Work to Business and Nursing Degrees.

Safety and Well-being Measures

Each Assisted living resident is provided with a pendant for assistance and emergencies, with staff available 24/7. Doors lock at 8 pm, and our memory care neighborhood is secured with hourly resident checks.

Transition Support Services

We offer an ambassador program to help new residents acclimate, including dining companions and escorts during their initial days.

Transportation Services

Our van provides transportation for medical appointments, shopping, and various events.

Dining Experience

Our Mindful dining program features chef-prepared meals aimed at supporting cognitive function, alongside an always available menu.

Addressing Complaints and Issues

We maintain an open-door policy, allowing any manager to meet with residents or families at any time to address concerns.

Cost of Living

The rate sheets provided in previous emails detail all associated costs of living in our community.

Communication with Residents' Families

We conduct care planning meetings every 6 months and notify the Health Care Proxy (HCP) with any changes in a resident's condition.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer respite stays at a monthly rate plus an additional $500 fee.

Pet-Friendly Community

Pets are welcome with a $500 pet fee. We currently have a waitlist for memory care and immediate openings in Assisted Living (AL) for a male companion and a one-bedroom unit.
