Independent Living Amenities

Our monthly rate for our independent residents is all inclusive of utilities, Direct TV, Wi-Fi, landline phone services, weekly housekeeping, valet services, and transportation within 15 miles. Each independent resident receives 900 points a month to use towards meals any way they like in our Veranda Dining Room and Reserve Café.

Safety Check-In System

There is a check-in system every morning by 11am. If the concierge has not heard from the resident by then, we give them a call and if they don’t answer the phone we check on them. When a resident leaves the community they check out and check in when they return.

Pet-Friendly Community

We are a pet-friendly community.

Independent Living Accommodations

We offer 3 different floorplans for our one bedroom one baths and currently starting a waitlist on our one bedroom with a den.

Assisted Living Amenities

Our monthly rate for our assisted living is all inclusive of utilities, Direct TV, Wi-Fi, landline phone service, pendant, weekly housekeeping, weekly linens and personal laundry laundered, 3 meals a day, transportation within 15 miles. We complete an assessment prior to someone moving in and a care plan cost is added on.

Licensed Nursing Services

We offer a Limited Nursing Service license in our assisted living. We have 24-hour certified nursing aides and nursing aides plus 24-hour LPNs.

Respite Stays

We offer Respite Stays in our assisted living. The daily rate is $250 and all inclusive of care.

Resident Ambassadors and Orientations

We have Residents in our independent and assisted living that are ambassadors that help with new residents' transition. We also have a monthly New Resident Orientation for our independent residents. For our assisted living residents, we have a Round Table after they move in to meet the Directors.
