Overview of Our Staff and Their Training

We have trained Medicine Technicians and Caregivers who undergo on-site training. Our care department is overseen by a licensed nurse and her assistant, present five days a week. Our leadership team comprises an Executive Director, Sales and Marketing Director, Health Services Director (nurse), Resident Care Director, Culinary Services Manager, Activities Director, Maintenance Director, Office Manager, and Admin Assistant.

Safety and Well-being Measures

Our team conducts drills for all areas of care, including fire safety, elopement training, first aid, and emergency disaster training. We secure our main doors at 5 pm and have alarms. Residents have access to a call system in their rooms when they need assistance.

Resources and Support for Transition

We support residents throughout their first few weeks in the community, encouraging participation in activities and socialization. Our Activities Director provides orientation and guidance throughout the community.

Transportation Services

We provide transportation services twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays for appointments. Appointments should be scheduled in advance at the front desk and logged in the bus binder. We also organize shopping outings and scenic drives.

Dining Experience

Our fully staffed dietary team, including chefs and dietary aides, takes residents' orders. We plan our menus weekly with alternatives available. We serve coffee, juice, tea, and water and offer homemade desserts as frequently as possible.

Complaint or Issue Resolution Process

Residents can address complaints with our Executive Director, with additional opportunities offered during resident and family council meetings.

Cost of Living

Studio apartments start at $3895 per month.

Communication with Families

Our care team communicates with designated family members regarding changes in condition, behaviors, falls, emergencies, and any incidents requiring a report or nursing oversight.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer respite stays ranging from 2 weeks to 30 days, with rates at $275 per day for Assisted Living and $350 per day for Memory Care.

Pet Policy

We are a pet-friendly community for pets under 15 lbs, or as approved by the Executive Director.

Current Waitlist Status

We currently do not have a waitlist.

Vaccination Availability

We host a flu clinic on-site, where residents can sign up for flu and COVID vaccinations with assistance from our nurse and pharmacy.

Aging in Place Policy

We allow aging in place as long as residents do not require skilled nursing. For residents needing hospice services, we provide assistance as necessary.
