Overview of Staff and Training

Our facility staffs various types of professionals essential for maintaining an independent living community. Our staff undergoes comprehensive management training but do not require specialized training outside of this area.

Safety and Well-Being Measures

To ensure the safety and well-being of residents, we have four managers living onsite who can respond to any medical emergency within five minutes or less. Additionally, we provide a live pendant system with fall detection capabilities.

Resources and Support Services

We offer resources and support services to aid residents' transition into the community, available upon request during tours.

Complaint Process

The process for addressing resident complaints or issues depends on the specific type of issue or complaint at hand.

Cost of Living

Studio prices start at $3,355, and one-bedroom prices start at $4,125 at market prices, with current promotional offers available.

Communication with Residents' Families

Our independent living policy typically limits family communication to situations where a higher level of care is needed or if rental agreements are violated.

Short-Term or Respite Stays

We do not offer respite care, and leases are structured for one year with month-to-month terms.

Pet Policy

We are a pet-friendly community with no breed or weight restrictions, allowing up to three pets per resident.

Waitlist Information

There is currently a waitlist for two-bedroom units only, with priority given to current residents, and no current residents are on the waitlist.

Vaccination Opportunities

Residents can receive Covid and flu vaccinations within the community, organized through the activity's coordinator.

Aging in Place

Yes, residents are able to age in place in our community.

Monthly Rent Inclusions

Our monthly rent includes 3 chef-prepared meals each and every day, served restaurant style. We provide weekly housekeeping, as well as linen and towel service (and yes, we make the beds!). We have private transportation to doctor appointments as well as to group outings and events…and so much more.

Independent Living with Additional Support

While we are Independent Living, we do have on-site Home Care Services as well as Therapy. Our goal is to help our residents age in place, so whether that means some help with medicines, doing laundry, or even with bathing/dressing, you'll be able to contract services from our on-site Home Care, or any provider you choose, to customize a program that helps support your needs today, and as you ease into aging and your needs change.
