Suites and Studio Rooms Availability and Pricing

We have 8 Suites, they are $283/day, and 18 Studio Rooms, they are $224/day. The Suites are currently full. Both room types require a $9,000.00 refundable deposit. The pricing is all-inclusive, covering the following services:

• 24 hour nursing care
• Medication administration
• Meals
• Housekeeping
• Maintenance
• Laundry
• Cable
• Wifi setup

Our Services and Safety Measures

We have licensed nurses, and personal care attendants who pass vigorous pre-employment criteria, and then are oriented and trained for their prospective job responsibilities.

Briefly I can describe some of our safety measures that we have in place for our residents, we have cameras monitoring all of our exits with alarms on all of the doors, with the exception of our main entrance during the hours 9:00AM to 500PM, we maintain healthy staffing levels, remove fall hazards, monitor hot water temperatures, perform monthly fire drills, annual tornado drills, and at least one other drill each year, to ensure staff is prepared in the event of a disaster.

Transitioning to Our Community

We assist our residents in transitioning to our community by giving them a tour and introducing them to staff, We also provide the residents a calendar of events, and a weekly menu of our meals, Our residents are oriented to call light system, explain meal times, and we make every effort to seat our residents with folks they enjoy dining with.

Transportation Services

Willow Brook provides transportation for activities on our facility bus, Transportation for doctors appointments, and or family outings are the responsibility of the resident or their family.

Culinary Department

The culinary department at Willow Brook understands how important meal times are to the residents and offers a special of the day at each meal, with an alternative menu with other options available to them, Our servers keep coffee cups filled and attempt to have food delivered in a timely manner.

Addressing Concerns

If a resident has a concern, they can discuss it with their nurse, and if the problem is not resolved to their satisfaction, they can speak to the Director of Assisted Living, we also have a grievance committee that can be convened to help in situations if necessary or requested.

Communication with Family and POAs

Willow Brook prides themselves with maintaining open communication with family, POA’s, and or any person the resident requests, we notify the individuals of any change of condition, new orders for medications, or change in medication, or any incident out of the ordinary.

Short Term Respite Stays

We do offer short term respite stays from 7 days to 3 months, a respite stay is $7 more a day added to the daily rate depending on which room is chosen or available.

Pet Friendly Community

Willow Brook is definitely a pet friendly community, although we do not permit residents to keep pets in their rooms, we only allow pets with visits, as long as vet records, as well as vaccination records are provided and kept up to date. Pets are not allowed in the dining room, and has to be kept under control.

Vaccinations

Residents are offered vaccinations in Assisted Living, or they may choose to receive them at their physicians office, or a retail pharmacy of their choice.

Aging in Place

We strive to let residents age in place as long as their level of care meets our criteria of being a one person assist, able to feed themselves, and if the resident does not wander or exit seek.
