Overview of Staff and Training

Our caregivers are required to complete 40 hours of training before they can be on the floor, with ongoing monthly training. Additionally, we have a Wellness Director and a Wellness Coordinator, both of whom are LVNs.

Safety and Well-being Measures

Residents are given a call pendant to wear at all times. Wildomar staff conduct checks on our residents twice per shift to ensure their safety and well-being.

Resources and Support Services

A welcome committee greets the residents and assists them in getting acquainted with the community.

Transportation Services

We offer transportation to doctor appointments on Monday and Wednesday within 15 miles. Tuesday and Thursday are designated for shopping trips.

Dining Experience

Wildomar provides a restaurant-style dining experience with a daily special and an alternative menu to choose from.

Complaint or Issue Resolution Process

We have an open-door policy where residents can come to the offices at any time to address any complaints or issues.

Cost of Living

Our basic rate is $3600 per month. Additional assistance is available for a monthly charge based on points.

Communication with Families

Residents are monitored for any changes in condition. If a change is noted, the family is contacted for a meeting to discuss any necessary adjustments.

Short-Term or Respite Stays

We offer respite care at $250 per day, with a minimum stay of 2 weeks depending on availability.

Pet-Friendly Community

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community.

We do not have a waitlist at this time.

Vaccinations in the Community

Residents are not currently able to get Covid or flu vaccinations in the community.

Aging in Place

Yes, residents are able to age in place.
