What is the cost of living in your community?

This would depend on what unit you were looking for. We offer a Memory Care, Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing care. I can go over pricing with you once we know what unit you are interested in.

Overview of Staff and Training

Our clinical staff are all state certified. We have other specialty trainings that we offer within our company for these staff. Our other staff also have the opportunity to received specialist training in their own departments.

Safety and Well-being Measures

We have different safety measures depending on the situation. If there is any specific safety concern you have, please let me know and I will explain our safety measures for that.

Support Services for Residents' Transition

We do have one on ones with new residents to help them feel more at ease. Our activities team really encourage new residents to come out to activities to help the transition.

Transportation Services

We do offer transportation to residents to and from appointments.

Dining Experience

Our resident’s fill out a menu every morning for their Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. Each meal includes a main meal along with a few other meal options and an a la carte menu. Breakfast is served from 7am-9am, Lunch at noon, and Dinner at 5pm.

Resident Complaints and Issues

We have an online system where we input all complaints and issues that need to be addressed for the management team to see. The manager whose department the complaint is regarding will go and have a conversation with the resident to address that issue and any changes that need to be made.

Communication with Resident's Families

Resident’s loved ones are free to call the building at any time to request an update for their resident. If the family would like to be called on a regular basis to get updates that is something, we can accommodate.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We do offer respite stays on our Assisted living for a maximum of 30 days in a row. These cost $209/a day for a private room and $249 for a double room. We also offer adult day and night services. These cost $22/an hour with a minimum charge of $44 and a maximum of 8 hours.

Pet-Friendly Community

We do allow pets to come in and visit our residents.

Covid and Flu Vaccinations

Yes, we receive vaccinations here that our nurses will provide to our residents.

Aging in Place

Yes, we do have programing that allows residents to age in place. We offer a secured Memory Care for those with Dementia or Alzheimer’s, an assisted living, and a rehab/skilled nursing health center. We do currently have a waitlist for our Assisted Living, however, if you are interested in moving in now, we can offer you Assisted Living overflow. This means that you would have a room on either our Memory Care or Health Center where we do have availability paying the Assisted living room rate until a room becomes available.
