Overview of Professionals and Training

Our facility employs a diverse range of healthcare professionals including RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Dieticians, Social Workers, and Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists. All new hires complete a multi-day New Hire Orientation before being scheduled for work and undergo department-specific orientation by shadowing a current staff member.

Safety and Well-being Measures

All residents are fully assessed upon admission to ensure their safety and well-being.

Transition Support Services

Social services are available to provide assistance and contact information to aid residents' transition into the community.

Transportation Services

We offer transportation services for residents, including non-emergent transportation, a facility wheelchair van, and facility vehicles, depending on the resident's pay source.

Dining Experience

Our facility offers three meals per day, with snacks available upon request 24/7. Visitors can join residents for meals with a guest tray. Alternate meals are offered, and dietary preferences are recorded upon admission and can be changed at any time.

Resident Grievance Process

Residents can report any grievance or concern to any staff member or to the social services department. Grievances are addressed with the relevant department and findings are communicated to the appropriate parties.

Cost of Living

The cost of living in our community is $310 per day for a private room and $290 per day for a shared room.

Family Communication Policy

Any changes in medication or condition, appointments, and other updates are communicated to the Power of Attorney or Responsible Party listed on the resident's face sheet. Listed contacts may call at any time for updates from nursing or other departments.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer short-term or respite stays at a cost of $290 per day for a shared room or $310 per day for a private room.

Pet-Friendly Community

We are a pet-friendly community, requiring a current shot record for any visiting pets. However, residents may not have pets live with them.
