No, we do have immediate availability at the moment.
Could you share pricing and any other general information?

Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility?
In regards to care staff our Certified Nursing Assistants are in the building 24/7. We also have a Licensed Nurse Practitioner and RN who work regular business hours and are on call 24/7.
Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents?
We create individualized care plans to meet the needs of each resident. We also have an emergency response system throughout the whole building and indoor/outdoor camera monitoring.
Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community?
Do you offer transportation services for residents?
We offer medical transports on Tuesdays and Thursdays and do scheduled community outings on the other days. We also have a contract with SRTA for weekly trips to Market Basket and Walmart.
Could you tell me a little about your dining experience?
We offer restaurant style dining. We always have two hot meal options and everyday available options. Feel free to visit our website where you can find a sample menu.
What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed?
We all have open door policies at Whaler’s Cove and take complaints or concerns very seriously.
What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being?
We do have multi-disciplinary meetings weekly to discuss any resident concerns that need to be addressed and do loop in family if necessary.
Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost?
We do offer respite stays at $200/day (1 person) or $350 (2 ppl) for a two-week minimum.
Are you all a pet-friendly community?
We do allow cats.
Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community?
We do offer scheduled vaccine clinics and are happy to transport residents to scheduled appointments at their local pharmacies.
Are residents able to age in place?
Our goal is for our residents to age in place as long as we can continue to manage their care under our guidelines.
