In-Take Fee & Community Fee

Westwind requires a $500.00 Intake Fee paid during the assessment period. Westwind also requires a Community Fee paid only once and at the time of “move-in.” The fee is $7,000 and more details will be provided during your tour. Ask about WWMC’s discounts offered to those moving from another Assisted Living Facility.

Personal Assistance

In addition to the basic services, additional levels of personal assistance are available from professional caretakers offering tailored and specific needs for each Westwind resident. Residents will be assessed prior to move-in, and regularly thereafter, to determine the exact level of care needed. Additional charges apply based on the personal assistance provided. Westwind also provides Hospice service when needed.

Memory Care Basic Amenities Include

• Personalized Life-Engagement Program, with regular outings using Westwind’s handicap Van
• Three (3) Nutritious Meals a Day and over Three (3) Snacks Daily
• Specially Trained Health Services Teams
• 2 Weeks-Supply of Emergency Food, Water, and Medical Supplies, should they be needed
• Full service back-up electric generator and solar panels

Westwind’s Assisted Living Cost

Westwind offers two types of studios with full ADA bathrooms: Companion Suites and Private Suites.

• Companion Suites: $7,400
• Private Suites: $7,900

Each studio provides Weekly Housekeeping and Laundry Services; each includes all Utilities. Basic Cable and Personal Phone may be ordered with (xfinity). However, Westwind provides wireless phone and Zoom services to all residents as needed.

As care needs increase, due to a change of health conditions, care plans and cost may increase.
