Here at Westmont at San Miguel Ranch, we pride ourselves on supporting our residents aging in place and offer studios, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments that start off at $3,995, $4,745, and $5,395 respectively. This includes all utilities, Wi-Fi and cable hook up, 3 meals a day, and activities, along with the peace of mind knowing we have caregivers and med techs available around the clock. Our licensed nurse, Eva, would be able to complete an assessment to determine the appropriate level of care, which includes medication management and any hands-on care that is needed; it is the rent of the apartment and the level of care which comprises your monthly rate.

Activities and Amenities

Our robust activity program includes weekly shopping trips and errand runs, outings that include luncheons, trips to the movies, and other community programs. We offer transportation to medical appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays within a certain radius. We offer daily seated exercise class M-F at 10am with our on-site therapy team called Empower Me and have other creative, engaging programs for both the mind and body. We are a pet-friendly community with special events and weekly happy hour with entertainment! We offer restaurant-style dining and have an anytime menu from 7am - 7pm to allow for our residents to eat at the time they desire.

Our Staff and Communication

Our staff here are trained and shadow other staff members prior to their start on the floor and complete regular assignments to ensure we are following the guidelines of the regulations we are under. You asked about what the process is regarding a resident who may have a complaint, here, we hold monthly resident council meetings, and town hall, have a suggestion box, and schedule monthly food talks with our chef. Regarding communication, our resident services directors would communicate with the resident if they are their own responsible party, otherwise with the resident's power of attorney and are open to communication from family regarding any questions or concerns they may have.
