Current Occupancy and Waiting List Information

Currently, our campus is completely occupied, and we operate on a waiting list basis for when openings become available. This applies to all areas of our campus including Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, and our home care services.

Licensing and Standards

All our services are licensed through the State of Illinois (Illinois Department of Public Health), ensuring we meet or exceed requirements for staffing, training, quality improvement, conflict resolution, and care plans/communication.

Pet Policy

While pets are welcome to visit our campus, they cannot reside here.

Transportation Services

We offer transportation services, which are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.

Apartment Contract and Short Stays

Our apartment contracts require a 30-day written notice if a resident plans to move out. Residents may opt for a short stay, although it is uncommon. We do not maintain units specifically for short respite stays. However, we do accommodate patients in our skilled nursing area for short-term rehab stays, as this area is charged per day (pricing attached).
