Assisted Living Care Team

LPN’s (Licensed Practical Nurses); CNS’s (Certified Nursing Assistants); RA’s (Resident Aides); (Certified Nursing Assistants and Resident Aides Med-tech trained).

In addition, assisted living staff consists of: Activities staff; dietary staff and housekeeping staff. Third party providers may also come in to provide skilled services: Physicians; Nurse Practitioners; Skilled Home Health Agencies, Labs, In-patient and out-patient rehab (Physical/occupational/speech therapy), etc. Our staff receive continued in-service training through Relias.

Safety and Wellbeing of Residents

Assisted living provides healthcare staff 24/7. Residents have emergency pendants to call for assistance when needed.

Resources and Support Services to Aid Residents’ Transition into Community

Residents may receive transitional therapy with a physician’s order, to help them become acquainted with their new surroundings from a functional standpoint. Our assisted living team supports our new residents daily with reminders for meals, activities, medication etc., while they are adjusting to their new routine.

Scheduled transportation is provided on a limited basis. Many of our assisted living residents utilize the in-house services. Waitlists are fluid dependent on current census. Clients may place a waitlist deposit of $1,000.00 after they are financially approved.
