Independent Living Availability

There is a waiting list for our independent living, however, those on the list are not ready to move and I do have availability.

Staff and Services

In addition to myself, the staff for independent living consists of environmental services, billing department, and campus directors. There is no health care provided for independent living. All of the staff at Westlake are properly trained professionals.

Moving Resources

There are no specific resources to aid in the move, however, I am available to answer questions you may have.

Transportation Services

Transportation services are offered through the health campus with a fee of $40 (round trip and up to 50 miles).

Meal Options

Meals can be purchased from the health campus to the villa residents for takeout meals at $7.50 each.

Family Communication

I do have communication with family members if appropriate.

Short-term/Respite Stays

If there is availability, short-term/respite stays can be arranged at the villas for $159.00/ day for a single person.

Pet Policy

We are pet friendly and allow your fur baby to move in with you with a $500 non-refundable deposit and an additional $50/ month fee.

Health Services

Residents can get Covid and Flu vaccinations at our health campus.

Continuum of Care Community

We are a continuum of care community. If a villa resident should need additional care, he/she has top priority on the Assisted Living and Memory Care wait list.
