Do you guys currently have a waitlist?

We do not have a waitlist for assisted living.

Could you share pricing and any other general information?

Please see attached for our pricing.

Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility?

Our medical staff are CNA’s, CMA’s, and LPN’s. All nursing staff are trained by nursing upon hire – we use an electronic medication administration record that they are trained on as well to know how to pass medications.

Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents?

We have a concierge at the front desk monitoring guest from 7:30AM-7:30PM; beyond those hours, the doors are locked.

Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community?

We currently do not offer any counseling services.

Do you offer transportation services for residents?

We offer residents 4 free transportation visits per month.

Could you tell me a little about your dining experience?

We have all day dining, which means you do not have to come down at a certain time to eat, we also have an all day menu that residents are able to order from if they do not want the special that is cooked.

What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed?

If a resident has a complaint or issue, they would need to either meet with the executive director or the director of the department they have the concern with.

What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being?

We offer care plan meeting with resident families every quarter; also if there is a fall or anything medically concerning with a resident, we call the family. Our activities director emails families every month our activities calendar for that month to also let you all know what we have planned as we encourage families to come as well.

Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost?

Respite is 175/day.

Are you all a pet-friendly community?

We are pet friendly with a one time pet fee of $500.

Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community?

Yes, you are when our pharmacy comes to do these, we let everyone know.

Are residents able to age in place?

We have memory care as well; we do not have skilled nursing but we do everything we can to keep residents here; you are able to bring in hospice if needed as well as caregivers as well if it is needed.
