Year 2021 - rate increased average of $50 - $100/month or ≈ 2.5%

Year 2023 - rate increased average of $100 - $250/month or ≈ 5-6.0%

Residents are checked at least every 2 hours and as necessary. Building and gate settings are in place and secured since the facility is licensed for Dementia.

Yes, we provide known sources and services to help transition to community, medical, and non-medical facilities.

Transportation Services for Residents

Medical transportation is provided within a 7-mile radius but without a companion.

Dining Experience

Our spacious dining room is set up with staff serving the meals. Alternate foods are always available.

The facility has an open-door policy regarding complaints or issues. They can be reported verbally or in writing directly to the Administrator or their designee.

No, the facility does not allow residents to keep pets, but they are welcome to visit and provide therapy to our residents with safety. The pet owner will be responsible for the safety of the pet and other residents in the event of any accident caused by the pet, regardless of whether it is intentional or unintentional.

Yes, if covered by health insurance, an outside provider will administer on-site (providers usually allow with a minimum number of individuals).

Yes, as long as it is within the scope of our license. The facility has no bedridden clearance unless the resident is under hospice services.
