Pricing Information

We take Medicaid here, New York State Medicaid. And if that person is not on Medicaid, then we do private pay of:

• $6,600 for a private room
• $5,800 for a semi-private room

per month.

West Chester Center is a premier luxury senior community located in West Chester County, offering a blend of independent and assisted living options to cater to the diverse needs of our residents.

Types of Care Offered

Our community provides a spectrum of care, including independent living for those who are mobile and can self-propel in wheelchairs, as well as assisted living for residents who require assistance with daily activities such as medication administration, reminders for personal care, and minimal help with dressing.

Accommodations and Availability

We offer comfortable living spaces with a few bed openings that vary month to month. Our waitlist duration can fluctuate depending on the time of year and other factors.

Respite Care

At this time, our community does not offer respite care services.

Aging in Place

Residents are encouraged to age in place, with the understanding that if their needs significantly change, such as requiring advanced care for dementia, our team will work with families to recommend a more suitable setting.

Pet Policy

While we do not accommodate pets as residents, service animals are an exception, and family pets may visit from time to time.

Moving Assistance

Currently, we do not have partnerships with moving services, so families are responsible for arranging the transition of their loved ones into our community.

Transportation Services

Our community offers transportation options, including paratransit services for accessibility and group trips for shopping and other activities. We also have in-house doctors and two nearby hospitals for medical needs.

Dining Experience

We provide three meals a day in a formal dining room with two seatings for each meal. Menus are planned in advance, and dietary restrictions and allergies are accommodated with alternative options.

Staff and Safety

Our staff includes HHAs who assist with grooming and daily living tasks. Safety checks are conducted discreetly to ensure resident presence without being intrusive. Head counts are performed at night for added security.

Healthcare Services

Residents have the option to receive vaccinations such as COVID-19 and flu shots from on-site healthcare providers.

Resident Concerns and Communication

Residents can voice complaints to the house supervisor, administrator, or case management team. Our staff is trained to address concerns promptly and effectively. Communication with resident families is maintained to ensure transparency and support.
