Our Continuum of Care

We are a complete continuum of care from our independent living duplexes, independent living apartments, assisted living, residential care, memory care, and long-term care which also includes our short stay skilled nursing. We have the full spectrum of care to allow individuals to age within our community.

Our Dedicated Team

We have a team comprised of RNs, LPNs, CMAs, and CNAs to help with day-to-day cares. Our team is available to administer all flu shots as well as COVID booster shots.

Therapy Services

We also have an in-house Therapy department with Doctorate level Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist as well as a licensed Speech Therapist.

Complimentary Transportation

We offer transportation to and from doctors’ appointments within the city of Hutchinson at no cost Monday-Friday. Transportation options for out-of-town medical appointments as well as other needs are available depending on availability for a convenience fee.

Security and Safety

Security and safety are of the utmost importance, we have a night security on board after hours as well as policy and procedures to make sure individuals are well taken care of during unplanned events such as natural disaster or other emergency situations.

Dining Services

Our dining services team works hard to meet all dietary needs for the individual. From specialty diets to preferences, we make those individual adjustments. Each meal offers two menu options to choose from.

Pet-Friendly Community

Our community is pet friendly in our independent living duplexes as well as our apartments.

Addressing Concerns

During your stay at Wesley Towers, we take concerns very seriously, our COO Nabeel Khokhar is available to hear out and mediate grievances.

Waitlist Information

We do have a waitlist for our duplex area of approximately 90 individuals, we also have waitlists forming for our healthcare areas as well.
