“The Meadows,” our 60-bed facility offers a full range of professional services for both short- and long-term care. Our home-like atmosphere and professional clinical team ensure the best quality of life possible while providing round-the-clock medical support and management. Private and Semi-Private accommodations, a private dining room and a full calendar of programs and activities. Medicaid approved. Our spacious apartments range from Studios, 1- and 2-Bedroom apartments.

All apartments have great amenities to include:

• an outdoor space (patio or balcony),
• stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven & dishwasher),
• hot water heater,
• washer/dryer, and
• heating/cooling system

Studio apartments (500 sq.ft.) includes a full kitchen and a half wall separating the living space and the bedroom.

1 Bedroom Apartments (625 sq.ft. to 1020 sq.ft.) --- All 1 Bedroom Apartments have a full kitchen that opens to the living space. We offer various-sized 1 Bedroom apartments that offer one or two bathrooms, a den, varying sized living/dining space and varying sized closet space.

2 Bedroom Apartments (981 sq.ft. to 1250 sq.ft.) --- All 2 Bedroom Apartments have a full kitchen that opens to the living/dining space, a master suite to include its own walk-in closet and bathroom, second bedroom/second bathroom.
