• One-Bedroom $6,730 per month $7,680 per month
• Two-Bedroom $7,765 per month $8,715 per month
• Short-term Respite (minimum two-week stay) $265 per day $295 per day

Gidwitz Place is a connected community that values friendships and fosters a sense of belonging. Monthly rental price includes the apartment home and the following:

Individual Support:

• Daily life enrichment opportunities including creative arts, spiritual and religious life, and wellness programs.
• Emergency response 24-hours a day
• Assistance with dressing, bathing and medication reminders, as needed.
• Fitness Center/Therapy Suite on-site
• Detailed description of Personal Care services on separate page

Community Services:

• Kosher breakfast, lunch and dinner served daily.
• Transportation to medical appointments, etc. (advanced scheduling required, within surrounding neighborhoods)
• Weekly housekeeping
• Weekly bed and bath linen laundry service
• All utilities plus wi-fi and basic cable included (excludes personal telephone)

Gidwitz Place for Assisted Living Personal Care Services

All of the Personal Care Services below are included in the Level 1 monthly fee at Gidwitz Place. Additional services and special packages are also available.

• Meals Three kosher meals per day (breakfast, lunch and dinner) in the dining room.
• Weekly Housekeeping Change and launder bed and bath linens, clean bathroom, floors and other light housekeeping chores on a weekly basis.
• Bathing Assistance Assistance with tub, shower or sponge bath up to two times per week.
• Dressing Assistance Help with dressing tasks that require fine motor skills (buttoning, tying shoes, support hose, zipping) up to two times per day.
• Medication Reminders Verbal reminders, observation and/or bringing the medication cassette to resident, up to four times per day. (Pharmacy/family may assist with cassette setup.)
• Transportation (Monday–Friday) Scheduled CJE shuttle service includes trips to local grocery stores, post office, banks and outings. Trips to local medical appointments, or other day trips as requested based on shuttle availability.
• Emergency Response 24-hour emergency response system, seven days a week.

Gidwitz Place for Assisted Living Additional Services

These a la carte services can be added to the monthly fee for Gidwitz Place Assisted Care.

• Extra Bathing Assistance $13 per bath
• Morning Care $15 per visit
• Evening Care $15 per visit
• In-house Escort $7.50 per round trip to/from activities, meals, fitness center, beauty shop, etc.
• Outside Escort $45 per hour to/from appointments, synagogue, errands, etc.
• Daily Housekeeping $18 per hour
• Garbage Removal $2 per visit
• Personal Laundry $10 per load
• Personal Spot-check $8 per 15 minutes
• Daily Bed-making $2 per day
• Tray Service Meal Delivery $5 per delivery
• In-house Moving Services $30 per hour per mover
