Overview of Staff and Training

Our community employs RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to provide care. All staff members participate in continuous monthly training on policies and procedures. Additionally, they undergo an 8-hour dementia training course every six months.

Measures for Safety and Well-being

Our community is equipped with camera systems. The Independent and Assisted Living building is locked from the outside and accessible via keyfob. The Memory Care building is secured and locked. We have 24-hour staff monitoring cameras and residents, with safety checks on residents every two hours in Assisted Living and hourly in Memory Care.

Resources and Support for Resident Transition

We have a move-in coordinator who guides residents and families through the first 30 days. Resident ambassadors assist new residents upon move-in.

Transportation Services

We provide transportation within a 12-mile radius for doctor appointments and visits, as well as for shopping trips and outings.

Dining Experience

Our Assisted and Independent Living buildings offer restaurant-style dining, while Memory Care offers family-style dining. Three meals are provided for Assisted and Memory Care residents, and two meals for Independent Living residents.

Process for Addressing Resident Complaints

Residents can go to the front desk concierge for guidance. Concerns are best addressed through phone calls, care plan conferences, and meetings. We prioritize open communication.

Cost of Living

Our annual increases are approximately 6-10%.

Communication with Families

Refer to above about Care Plan Conferences and family meetings. If we notice red flags or concerns, families are notified immediately by phone or their preferred communication method.

Short-term and Respite Stays

We offer fully furnished respite apartments at $197 a day plus care, with a minimum stay of 30 days and a maximum of 90 days.

Pet Policy

We are a pet-friendly community in the Independent and Assisted Living buildings. Pets can visit in any building. A one-time fee of $500 is required at the time of signing the lease for a pet to live with a resident.

Vaccinations

We offer clinics for Covid and flu vaccinations at appropriate times during the year.

Aging in Place

Yes, we allow our residents to age in place.

Independent 1 Bedroom apartments start at $3850.00 per month, Enhanced starts at $4600.00 per month plus care, Assisted Living starts at $4850.00 plus care and Memory Care starts at $4775.00 plus care.
