Room Rates

Our room rates are:

• $216.00 per day for a full private room
• $170.00 per day for a semiprivate room

Overview of Staff and Training

Our staff includes Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). RNs are licensed, while LVNs and CNAs hold certificates. All staff members receive yearly training on various topics related to long-term care (LTC).

Safety and Well-being Measures

CNAs conduct rounds every 2 hours or as needed. Nurses perform rounds and administer medications. Our front door is equipped with a wander guard system to prevent elopement.

Resources and Support Services

We have a social worker who assists residents in transitioning to the next level of care.

Transportation Services

We offer transportation to and from doctor’s appointments.

Dining Experience

Short-stay rehab residents eat in their rooms. Long-term care residents have the option to eat in their rooms or in the dining room.

Resident Complaints and Issues

Any complaint or issue is reported to the department manager as well as the administrator, and it is promptly handled.

Communication with Families

If there is a change in condition, medication, or if a resident is sent to the hospital, the responsible party (RP) is notified. Families can also call or visit to check on their loved ones. We hold monthly and quarterly care plan meetings.

Short-term and Respite Stays

We offer respite stays either with hospice on board or through private pay. The cost for private pay is $216 per day with a minimum of a 5-day stay.

Pet Policy

We allow pets to visit as long as they are current on all vaccinations, on a leash, and non-aggressive.

Waitlist Status

We currently do not have a waitlist.

Vaccinations

Residents can receive COVID-19 and flu vaccinations within the community.

Aging in Place

Yes, residents are able to age in place.
