We offer Short-term Rehabilitation, Long-term Care, and a secured Memory Care Unit.

Pricing varies depending on which unit you would need placement. Water’s Edge offers many services:

Professional Staff

We have many professionals on staff, including Physicians, on-site APRNs, RNs, LPNs, Consulting Infectious Disease Physician, Attending Orthopedic Surgeon, Wound Care Physician, Weekly Rounds with our infection control Nurse, as well as Wound Care Nurse, etc.

Rehabilitation Therapy

7 days a week Rehabilitation Therapy Available, including PT, OT, Speech.

Specialized Care

• Consulting Cardiac APRN
• Attending Pulmonologist along with consulting respiratory therapist
• Dietician on staff, as well as food service director who follows residents' diet according to their needs, regular, heart healthy, low sodium, mechanical soft, ground, puree, thickened liquids, etc.

Dining Options

We have many dining options, dining room, or individual rooms on certain units.

Education and Planning

We have ongoing education for our staff weekly. Water’s Edge does have a discharge planner, transitional care coordinator who aids in the residents' transition back into the community.

Transportation Services

Transportation Services are offered.

Complaint Resolution

If a resident has a complaint, we investigate immediately, we have team meetings, in which we come up with a solution and resolve it. Some complaints are handled immediately.

Communication with Families

Water’s Edge and its entire staff communicate with residents' families with any concerns, change of condition, etc. We speak to families regularly, hold care plan meetings, team-based assessment meetings, phone calls, emails. Whichever method works best according to the families we accommodate.

Short-term and Respite Stay

We do offer short-term, as well as respite stay.

Pet Friendly

Water’s Edge is a pet-friendly facility, we do encourage pets to visit.

Vaccinations

Residents are able to get COVID vaccines, boosters, flu vaccine, Pneumovax, etc. – ongoing as needed.

Aging in Place

Residents are able to age in place. We do have a waiting list, for our Memory Care Unit, if this is what you are seeking.
