Types of Professionals on Staff and Their Training

Because we are an Independent Living facility, we do not have any medical staff. However, all of our staff undergoes monthly training that is required. This training ensures that staff is well-informed on everything important in senior living.

Measures to Ensure Safety and Well-being of Residents

Safety is very important. We have secured access to all exterior doors and our front doors lock after hours. We have routine in-service sessions with staff and residents to better prepare for any kind of emergency.

Resources or Support Services for Residents' Transition

I have some numbers of moving companies that we share with residents who are moving.

Transportation Services for Residents

We do! We have a bus here that can take residents on outings, shopping, and doctor appointments.

Dining Experience

Our dining room is restaurant style. We have an executive chef who creates a weekly menu. We also have an A la carte menu, just in case you didn’t like what was being served that day.

Handling Resident Complaints or Issues

Residents can go to any manager to discuss their complaint, or they can write an official complaint which will be addressed by the Executive Director.

Cost of Living

Pricing depends on the floor plan you choose. We have one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and villa options.

Communication with Residents' Families

We can communicate as much as the resident would like us to. If they are declining in health, we will keep the family involved and informed.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We do not offer these kinds of stays.

Yes, we are pet-friendly!

Waitlist Status

We do have a waitlist. We are currently 100% occupied, so everything is on a waitlist.

Covid and Flu Vaccinations

That is a case-by-case basis. We have provided vaccinations in the past.

Aging in Place

To a degree, residents can stay as long as they are able to take care of themselves or hire some help. We allow any home health services to come in. However, we are a standalone Independent Living facility, so we do not have any medical help on site.
