Caregivers and Medicine Technicians
We have both caregivers and medicine technicians available for residents 24/7. The med techs undergo a training class once a year. The caregivers and med techs also undergo monthly educational courses. We have an LPN on staff as well.Security Measures
Our main entrance is locked after 8 PM. The assisted living side of our community has 5 exits equipped with an alarm system that remains armed to ensure the safety of our residents. Our memory care unit is secured at all times. Additionally, the courtyard is gated and protected with a coded entry system.New Resident Orientation
Yes, we do. We offer a new resident orientation program, as well as the opportunity for residents to see a mental health nurse practitioner once a week.Transportation Services
Yes, we do. We provide transportation on Tuesdays and Thursdays for any appointments that our residents may have outside of the community. We ask that appointments are made 7 days in advance.Dining Experience
Absolutely! Our dining experience is designed to be both enjoyable and nutritious. We offer a variety of meal options prepared by our skilled culinary team, ensuring that dietary needs and preferences are met. Residents can enjoy their meals in a comfortable and social dining environment, giving a sense of community. We serve breakfast at 8 a.m., lunch at 12 p.m., and dinner at 5 p.m.Grievance Process
If a resident has an issue or complaint, they will file a grievance with our executive director and an investigation is launched in order to ensure that all situations are handled appropriately within 72 business hours.Pricing and Fees
Our assisted living has private suites with a regular market rate of $4,315 and semi-private suites with a regular market rate of $2,215. Our memory care's private suites are priced at $5,560 and semi-private suites at $4,445. We require a one-time community fee of $2,500, which is broken down into two payments. The first payment is the reservation deposit of $1,250, and the remaining payment of $1,250 is due upon the move-in date.Family Communication
We keep families informed by scheduling care plan meetings every 6 months and contacting them if there's a noticeable change with the residents. Family members can always get in touch with our Executive Director and Nurse if they have any questions or concerns, and we make sure to do this monthly.Respite Stays
Sure thing! For our respite stays, we need at least 30 days. If the resident stays in our assisted living section, it's $175 per day, and if they stay in the memory care section, it's $200 per day.Pet Policy
Yes! We require a $500 pet deposit. We do not currently have any residents with pets. I occasionally bring my standard poodle into the community, and our executive director brings her toy poodle as well. The residents enjoy their visits!Waiting List
