We prioritize the safety and well-being of our residents with several measures, including setting an alarm at night, locking exterior doors immediately after closing, maintaining a gated community, and having a fire sprinkler system and alarms in place. When residents have complaints or issues, I always let them know that I am here to help. Additionally, we have department heads in place to assist in addressing and resolving any concerns.

Families usually visit daily or weekly to check on their loved ones. If we notice something wrong or concerning, we contact the emergency contact immediately.
