Assistance and Resources

Our Business Office Manager is available to assist with Medicaid and its implementation. We offer various resources, tailored to the specific needs and location of our residents.

Transportation

We provide transportation for all residents capable of traveling by wheelchair, ensuring they can move freely and attend necessary appointments or outings.

Dining Services

Our dining services are available three times a day, with ample opportunities for snacking in between meals to maintain weight and nutrition. We use plates of a specific color and style—red—to help increase appetite, based on research findings. Additional details on the features and benefits of our dining services will be provided for further communication.

Grievance Handling

Should a resident or family have a concern, we initiate a grievance form process. The responsible department outlines corrective actions, and we ensure follow-up with the resident to discuss and implement the action plan.

Communication and Care Planning

Within the first 24-72 hours of admission, we conduct a "Road 2 Recovery" meeting to discuss goals, issues, and the overall care plan. Care plan meetings are scheduled regularly, varying with the length and type of stay. We maintain open lines of communication, respecting HIPAA regulations, and promptly inform families of significant clinical events.

Services Offered

We offer a range of care options including short-term, long-term, respite, hospice, and memory care. Specific rates apply for short-term and memory care support living. Our facility is pet-friendly, with certain requirements for visiting animals.

Vaccinations and Aging in Place

Residents have access to COVID-19, flu, and pneumonia vaccinations as desired. We support aging in place, with considerations for unit transfers based on precautionary measures.

Specialized Care in Our Memory Care Unit

One of the key benefits of our memory care unit is the specialized care and attention that residents receive. Our trained staff members are experienced in managing the challenges associated with dementia and related conditions, providing personalized assistance with activities of daily living, medication management, and engaging cognitive activities. We offer a safe and secure environment where residents can thrive and maintain their independence to the fullest extent possible.

Payment Options

Regarding payment options, for those who are private pay, our daily rate is $270.00, with additional fees for certain medical supplies. If therapy is required, it can typically be billed to your insurance. For those covered by Medicaid, the liability amount is determined by Medicaid, and we would be happy to assist you in navigating this process.
