We have registered licensed vocational nurses and caregivers. Everyone at our community undergoes monthly in services for continued training on different topics. Our Life Enrichment team is also trained on Heartfelt Connections, a program established by LCS for hospitality training.

Cost of Living

We are an All-Inclusive community (info attached) and the cost depends on the size of the apartment.

Communication with Residents' Families

Our nursing team will notify you of any change in condition in your loved one's care. You can always call in and speak to our assisted living director or your loved one's nurse to check in on their care. Our nurses carry cell phones that you can also text.

Short-term or Respite Stays

Yes, respite stay is a five-day minimum up to 90 days. The AL apartment is $198/day, and Memory Care is $225/day.

Availability

There is currently no waitlist for private pay residents. However, for those seeking Medicaid beds, a waitlist is in place.

Communication with residents' families is primarily conducted via phone, with additional communications sent through email as needed.

Security Measures

After reception hours, the facility's doors are locked and secured with a keypad entry system. Residents and their families are given access codes for entry after hours.

Safety Measures

Each room is equipped with a call button for emergencies. While there are no wearable pendants for residents, the memory care unit is secure to accommodate those with wandering tendencies.

Addressing Complaints

Residents can voice complaints directly to the directors by phone or by filling out grievance forms if needed.
