Reservation Details

If you would like to hold a suite for someone, all we require is a $500 deposit.

Deposit Information

If for some reason they are unable to move into our community, the $500 deposit is refundable. The deposit also goes towards your one-time move-in fee of $1,500.

Vintage Care Of Palatka

Vintage Care Of Palatka is a designed community which offers 56 private Assisted living suites along with 14 Memory Care suites that are dedicated to caring for those with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. Our Memory Care community is a secured community. Right from the ground up, every facet of our community is being built to offer residents the utmost comfort and safety.

Comfort and Safety

Offering warm and inviting common areas that extend into each of their suites, residents are sure to feel right at home. Along with a home-like physical environment, Vintage Care of Palatka will offer residents a wide range of services and resort-style amenities such as Artful Dining which will include three daily meals prepared by our Chefs that will be served restaurant style, Zestful Activities, and Heartful Care. We will also have several other amenities such as indoor and outdoor dining, bar/bistro that we will be able to provide to you.

Services and Amenities

Residents are provided services and programming to support the body, mind, and spirit and include around-the-clock Care Managers and a full-time licensed nurse that is on call 24/7. Wellness programs and activities, scheduled transportation, special events and road trips to local areas of interest provide residents a fulfilling lifestyle.
