Staff and Certification

We currently have med techs who are certified to pass medication and resident assistants. We also have a Director of Resident Services who is an LPN. However, we are just assisted living, and she can only answer medical questions and provide guidance for residents.

Community Safety

We are a very safe building/community, and the doors lock after 8pm once our front desk receptionist leaves for the evening.

Transition Resources

I can absolutely provide you with resources to make the transition easy for you and your loved one(s). May I ask whom you are looking for and where they are coming from?

Transportation

We absolutely offer transportation.

Addressing Concerns

Residents can always express concerns to any of the Directors, but our Executive Director is typically who residents or families will go to with concerns. They can also contact our corporate office if they feel it is necessary.

Dining Room Experience

In our Magnolia dining room, residents will be greeted by a server and can order off the menu. It is just like being at a restaurant. If a resident is sick, they can get room service.

Handling Complaints/Concerns

Each situation is different, so it depends on the complaint/concern as to how we would handle it.

Family Communication

We communicate with families through a newsletter that goes out monthly. If a loved one needs to be sent to the hospital, then we will contact the loved one's POA.

Respite Stays

Yes, we have respite stays. They are a minimum of 2 weeks. Assisted Living is $200 a day, and Memory Care is $250.

Pet Policy

Yes, we are pet friendly.

Waitlist

No, we currently don’t have a waitlist.

Vaccinations

We are offering flu vaccines in the community in October. I’m not aware of any Covid clinics coming up.

Age in Place

Yes, residents can age in place.
