Overview of Professional Staff and Training
We have 2 Licensed Nurses (LNs) on-staff and a Certified Med Tech in each Villa. Our team includes a mix of Caregivers and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who receive specialized training in dementia, memory care, and state-required training. With a 1 to 6 ratio of Caregivers to residents, we ensure a high level of attention and service.
Safety and Well-being Measures
Our Villas are secured neighborhoods requiring codes for entry and exit, with no stairs or steps. All Elders receive emergency pendants for immediate staff contact, and potential wanderers are protected by the Wonder Guard system. Our staff-to-resident ratio also enhances security.
Transition Support Services
Transition assistance is provided within the Villa, and we have an on-staff Social Worker to offer social and emotional support during life transitions.
Transportation Services
While the Villas do not provide transportation, a Home Health Company offers this service for a fee.
Dining Experience
Our dining is casual and flexible, with meals prepared in the Villa by a Care Partner and served family-style. We offer various options and can store residents' favorite foods.
Resident Complaints and Issues
Issues are addressed by a Community "Lead" upon notification by a Care Partner, using phone calls, texts, and email. We also conduct Life Enrichment Plan meetings with residents and families.
Cost of Living
Our rates are $5995 for Essential Care, $6795 for Moderate Care, and $7895 for Extended Care, with three levels of care available.
Family Communication Policy
We inform families about incidents and hold Life Enrichment Plan meetings. Families can always contact their loved one's Villa directly.
Short-term or Respite Stays
We offer respite stays at a fee of $7500 for a one-month stay.
Pet-Friendly Community
We welcome pets, provided the Elder can care for them. Currently, there is no waitlist, but we are filling up quickly.
