Village Shores is a rental community for those age 55 and better. Our month-to-month lease defines the services and amenities included in the monthly rent. All apartments include:

- Wellness Center membership
- Cable television and internet
- Scheduled transportation
- Emergency response 24-hours per day
- Daily selection of activities/events
