The community features three different buildings on its campus, each catering to varying levels of care. Residents can choose from six different sizes of apartments, ensuring a fit for individual preferences and needs. The community offers assisted living services tailored to the level of support required by each resident.
Short-Term Stays
For those in need of respite care or a short-term stay, the community provides options based on availability. The minimum stay is one month, and the cost is determined by the specific apartment and care level needed during the stay.

Pet-Friendly Environment
Pets are welcome at The Village at Waterman Lake. While there is no fenced-in pet park, the community's expansive 38-acre land, adjacent to an apple orchard and across from Waterman's Lake, provides ample space for residents to walk their pets on a leash.
Dining Experience
The community features three dining rooms, one in each building, where residents can enjoy three meals a day included in their rent. With a team of 13 chefs and a pastry chef, the dining service offers daily specials and a menu of staple items such as roasted chicken, fish, pasta, salads, and deli sandwiches.
Safety and Security
To ensure resident safety, the community has a secured memory care residence for individuals with dementia at risk of wandering. The apartments are designed with the highest level of fire safety, allowing residents to stay in their four-hour fireproof apartments during an emergency. The perimeter doors lock at night, requiring a key for entry after 9 PM. Additionally, all apartments are equipped with emergency pull cords in the bedroom and bathroom.
Resident Concerns and Communication
The Village at Waterman Lake encourages open communication, with management readily available to address any concerns. Regular meetings with the head chef, activity director, and administrators provide residents with opportunities to voice their opinions. Family communication is facilitated through email blasts and text messages via the Constant Contact platform.
