Do you guys currently have a waitlist? We do not.

Could you share pricing and any other general information? Attached is the general information.

Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility? This is a broad question, but we provide CEU’s to our staff that is required by state to ensure they are credited. We also have trainings for fall prevention, safety meetings, and other pertinent topics.

Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents? Our doors are locked overnight, starting at 6:00pm and unlock by 8:30. As stated above, we have monthly drills in place for safety.

Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community? Not at this time, but the social worker will be more than happy to find those resources for you!

Do you offer transportation services for residents? Yes, it is a $45 charge. Please see room rate attachment.

Could you tell me a little about your dining experience? Please set up a tour with me and I can show you :) We provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It is served dining room style.

What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed? We have amazing Social workers that work on grievance forms with the resident.

What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being? We schedule quarterly care plan meetings with the families. If it is an emergent change in condition, we will notify the family as soon as possible.

Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost? We do, we need a referral first. It is $346 a day.

Are you all a pet-friendly community? Family pets can come visit during the day!

Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community? We hold clinics here, yes.

Are residents able to age in place? Sure can! We do not.
