1. Staff Certification and Employment

Everyone on our assisted living side of our community is certified in their skills, LPN, Certified Caregivers, Certified Medicine Technicians. What separates us from other communities is that our staff is employed by us. Other communities use contracted staff. Our exercise specialist is certified in the classes they teach. Each employee regardless of their position must complete online monthly training.

2. 24/7 Front Desk Monitoring and Security

We have a person at our front desk 24/7. They monitor all of our cameras and ensure that everyone that enters is signed in on our automated system. All residents have key fobs to enter the building and no one else can enter, unless they press the buzzer, we can see them on the screen and speak with them to find their reason for entering. Such as contractors, AC techs. Etc. All residents need to check in with us daily before 10:00 via our automate system that allows them to push a button. That response is seen on our computers at the reception desk. All our Assisted Living residents have a watch or a pendant in the event they need assistance of any kind.

3. Moving Assistance

We have many resources to help with moving, packing and downsizing.

4. Unique Transportation Service

We are unique in the transportation service, we have 3 vehicles and 4 drivers to accommodate them to medical appointments, shopping, or community events. We offer that service 7 days per week.

5. Dine Your Way

Our dining experience is Dine Your Way. Our restaurant is open 7am until 7pm. Dine your way. Specials daily with many other options on our regular menu of breakfast, lunch, or dinner. All our food is made to order and there is very little processed items. We offer a healthy plant-based or protein-based choice at lunch and dinner.

6. Executive Director Meetings

Our executive director meets with all residents and or their families if they have any concerns or compliments.

7. Pricing and Care Plans

Our prices for Independent Living start at $5,220 and Assisted Living starts at $5,285. We have some of the largest apartments in the area. Our AL and IL apartments are the same layout. Care cost for those who need care services start at $500. We do individualized care plans for all those who need care. Residents can age in place here with no concerns of ever needing to leave unless they age with an Alzheimer’s diagnosis. We do not have a license to do memory care.

8. Respite Program

We are implementing a respite program as we speak, and I am unsure of the daily cost and their will be a minimum number of days required.

9. Pet Friendly Environment

We are very pet friendly. We have a fenced-in dog park in one of our beautiful courtyards, and all our apartments have patios, and we screen for cats if that is what a resident wants. There is a $1,000 pet fee on move-in.

10. Covid Protocols and Testing

Yes, residents can get tested for Covid and we have Covid protocols in place for those situations. We offer immunizations clinics from time to time.

11. Aging In Place

Yes, our residents are able to age in place many of our residents have been here for years and then we offer Hospice services, if need be, to complement our care at that time.

The best to experience our community is to come for lunch or a breakfast tour. The residents are happy, and they are the friendliest I have ever met. I have been in this industry for over 30 years, and I am so impressed with all the boxes that this community checks off. In the past all seniors were looking for was bingo and a hot meal not today we need mindful Mondays we need meditation we need certified instructors to do challenging workshops we need educational seminars. It's a different lifestyle today for seniors and we offer all that somebody might need.
