Specific training courses include customer service training, dementia care, hospitality training, and other specialized programs. Our home office, Trilogy, ensures high-quality training for all employees, aiming for exceptional care and customer service. Continuous professional development is encouraged and supported throughout their tenure at Vienna Springs.

Measures to Ensure the Safety and Well-being of Our Residents

Safety is a paramount concern at Vienna Springs. Our security measures include timed lock doors, keypad code access for staff, and stringent visitor protocols. A leadership manager is on-site during business hours on weekends for added security and support. We ensure all staff are knowledgeable about residents’ daily needs and conditions, and we prioritize continuous updates on resident care, medication changes, and mental well-being to maintain the highest standard of care.

Resources and Support Services for Residents' Transition

To aid residents’ transitions, we have a welcome committee of current residents to offer support and guidance. A campus leader is assigned to each new resident to provide assistance and address concerns during their first week. We also offer religious support with weekly visits from a local pastor and host mass and communion in partnership with St. Henrys Church.

Transportation Services for Residents

We offer transportation services for residents’ appointments on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Dining Experience at Vienna Springs

Our dining experience is restaurant-style, offering residents a variety of menu options and a pleasant dining environment. We have a chefs menu with diverse choices, a soup and salad bar during the week, and hand-dipped ice cream available. Residents can work with chefs to tailor menu options according to their preferences, with monthly meetings to review food quality and suggestions. Special events like monthly Sunday Brunches and Friday Happy Hours enhance the dining experience.

Process for Addressing Resident Complaints or Issues

Residents and their families are encouraged to report any concerns to staff, who are trained to handle complaints promptly and effectively. Issues are escalated to leadership for resolution, ensuring all matters are addressed comprehensively to maintain residents' comfort and safety.

Cost of Living in Our Community

Assisted Living rates vary based on apartment size and location, ranging from $4,979 to $5,459. These rates include rent, utilities, linen service, housekeeping, meals, activities, and furnishings. Additional Level of Care charges range from $0 to $1,610 based on the level of nursing care required.

Communication with Residents' Families

We prioritize open communication with residents’ families, keeping them informed about their loved ones’ well-being and care. Families are encouraged to contact the community at any time, and we ensure they are updated on all aspects of care and changes in their loved one’s condition.

Short-Term or Respite Stays

We offer short-term and respite stays in Assisted Living, with daily rates ranging from $199 to $209 plus level of care charges. These stays can last up to 30 days, providing flexibility for residents and their families.

Pet-Friendly Policy

Vienna Springs is a pet-friendly community, welcoming pet visitors and allowing residents to have up to 2 pets. There is a $500 pet deposit for one pet and a $50 monthly pet fee.

Current Waitlist Status

We currently have 1 resident on the Assisted Living waitlist. To secure a spot, we require a community fee or deposit of $2,750. If the timing isn’t right, potential residents can remain on the waitlist until a suitable apartment becomes available.

Vaccination Availability

Residents have access to flu and COVID vaccinations within the community.

Aging in Place

Vienna Springs supports residents' ability to age in place with all levels of care available in-house. This ensures a smoother transition for residents as their care needs evolve, with rehabilitation, long-term care, and skilled nursing just down the hall.
