Victory Centre of Vernon Hills is a Supportive Living community for seniors 65 and better. Our community is located at 97 W Phillip Rd, Vernon Hills, IL 60016.

Accommodations

We offer unfurnished studio apartments with private baths and kitchenettes. Our bathrooms have a walk-in shower with a built-in seat and handlebars for safety purposes. Our kitchenettes are equipped with a full-size refrigerator and a microwave.

Dining

We provide 3 meals a day served restaurant-style.

Services

Other services offered include weekly housekeeping, weekly laundry service, and weekly trips. We have nurses available 10 hours a day, 7 days a week, and certified nursing assistants available 24/7 who can assist with dressing, bathing, grooming, medication management, meal reminders, and safety checks. Our team is here to support and help our residents stay as independent as possible. We want every resident to enjoy this stage of their lives and have fun.

Financial Assistance

Since our community is a Supportive Living Community, we are affiliated with the state of Illinois and can utilize Medicaid to provide financial assistance to those who qualify. In traditional assisted living, when a resident runs out of money, they are asked to move out. But, at our community, we can apply for Medicaid on their behalf, allowing them to age in place. All utilities are included except for telephone and cable, and all the services mentioned above are included in the rent. For seniors eligible for Medicaid, they keep $90 from their total monthly income and pay the rest to us in rent, and in turn, Medicaid will subsidize the difference.
