Do you guys currently have a waitlist?
Because we do stay fairly full, I do have a wait list for some specific requests of floor plans and locations.
Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility?
No outside contracted in management/staffing. We are all hired and trained by the main office. No turnover because contracts end and the high bar of service and community standards are consistent.
Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents?
Perimeter doors locked, residents have fobs to enter, 24/7 managers, 24/7 concierge, we hold above state code emergency readiness plans in place, generator, areas of refuge.
Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community?
New residents are coupled with an Ambassador to assist with the transition.
Do you offer transportation services for residents?
Yes, Andre is our driver and the van has a hydraulic lift.
Could you tell me a little about your dining experience?
Windows of time for meals, dining staff to assist, fresh salad bar and homemade soups every lunch and dinner, Freedom Dining: menu plus area of while you wait (in-between dining room hours or during a meal) freshly made pizza, hamburgers, sandwiches etc, Pantry: 24/7 open food available plus ice cream/coffees/teas, Fine Dining during the month.
What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed?

What is the cost of living in your community?
We are All-Inclusive so nothing added on to the consistent monthly fee. Cable, WIFI, electric, landline, transportation 24/7 avail
What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being?
We are Independent living not Assisted Living. We communicate for emergencies or strong concerns. Otherwise we do not “update” families on resident’s lives.
Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost?
We do not offer respite stays. We are Independent Living not Assisted Living. We do, however have a fantastic guest suite that’s free for residents to use at our sister properties, or for resident guests at $85 a night.
Are you all a pet-friendly community?
Yes, cats can live anywhere and dogs on the first floor.
Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community?
Periodically there is the opportunity for inhouse vaccines but residents utilize the urgent care or pharmacies close by.
Are residents able to age in place?
Absolutely. We have care support available in the community through a third party. You pay for just the service you need. Flexible plans. If/when you need 24/7, residents are welcome to have the support they want in their apartment is their business.
