Our smallest floor plan is a one-bedroom apartment at 825 square feet. For a traditional entrance fee, you're looking at $233,000. And that monthly service fee for one person, you're looking at $3,956.
The most expensive would be at our new expansion and our largest floor plan throughout, which is 2,400 square feet. Your entrance fee would be $870,000. And your monthly service fee would be $8,500.
