Our smallest floor plan is a one-bedroom apartment at 825 square feet. For a traditional entrance fee, you're looking at $233,000. And that monthly service fee for one person, you're looking at $3,956.

The most expensive would be at our new expansion and our largest floor plan throughout, which is 2,400 square feet. Your entrance fee would be $870,000. And your monthly service fee would be $8,500.

I am taking direct reservations for Oak Bridge and Sawgrass, so if you are ready to choose a unit now and make a move to that campus in spring of 2024, there is no need to join the waitlist.
