Room and board rates:

Effective 1/1/2024 (do not include the assessment tax):

• Private & Suite Accommodations $475.00 per day
• Large Private Accommodations $490.00 per day
• Semi-Private Accommodations $465.00 per day

Basic services included in room & board rates:

• 24 hour nursing care
• Use of routine medical supplies and equipment
• Full dining service with special diets
• Social services
• Educational and social programs
• Linen and bedding
• Laundry services
• Housekeeping
• Telephone with land line service
• TV with cable service
• Recreational services
• Discharge Planning
• WiFi services

Other fees paid by resident or third party payor directly to provider:

• Attending/consulting physician
• Psychology services

Our 62+ nonprofit Life Plan Community is nestled in the heart of lower Queen Anne. We are proud to offer a comprehensive continuum of care that includes independent living, assisted living, memory care, and an exclusive off-site partnership with Kline Galland for Skilled Nursing & Rehab services. Additionally, our community is enriched by an Intergenerational Children’s Center, fostering unique connections across ages.

While most of our residents begin their journey with us as independent individuals, we understand that needs can evolve over time. Our seamless continuum of care ensures that residents receive the appropriate level of support as their requirements change, all within the comfort and familiarity of our community.
