Apartment Style

Waitlist and Availability

We do not run an official waitlist, it is more so based on what is available at the time someone is looking to move in and also keeping notes on what floor plan each person is interested in so we can alert them when one comes available.

Pricing and General Information

Yes, I have attached our floor plans, brochure information, and pricing to this email. We do utilize dynamic pricing meaning that the pricing does fluctuate with our occupancy.

Staff and Training

We have a fairly small staff of dining servers, kitchen team members, housekeepers, administrative staff, and activities team. Each department has training throughout the year in various fields to stay up to date with current safety and service measures.

Safety and Well-being Measures

We do not have security at our building, but all side doors are locked 24/7 and key fobs are required to access the main front and back doors after normal business hours.

Transition Support Services

We work to ensure the transition is a smooth one by hosting new resident orientation and we do have a new resident liaison on our resident council that helps to assist in the transition of a new resident.

Transportation Services

Yes, we offer scheduled transportation to doctors appointments and shopping outings as well as scheduled outings and trips.

Dining Experience

We offer two meals per day—breakfast and lunch—to all residents each day. These meals are included in the monthly rate and it is restaurant style where servers take the order and bring out the food to the table. Our menu changes every day and we do offer special meals for holidays as well.

Handling Complaints and Issues

If an issue is brought up, it is handled by the correct department head and/or our executive director.

Communication with Residents' Families

We welcome families and friends to come into the community for meals and events. We do have a Facebook that posts pictures from events as well.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We do not offer these options as we are independent living only and therefore do not offer rehab or medical services.

Pet-Friendly Community

Yes, there is a $500 pet fee due at move in but no additional monthly pet rent.

Vaccination Services

We do not administer these vaccines on site, but we do offer transportation to a local pharmacy to those that would like to get these vaccines.

Aging in Place

We always want to ensure that we are the best and most appropriate place for our residents at any given time in their aging process, but once residents begin needing more extensive care, such as bathing, toileting, dressing, eating, intense mobility assistance, etc., then they will have to leave us to move on to a community that offers assisted living or nursing services.
