While primarily focused on long-term care, Valley View offers short-term stays within our rehabilitation services. Plans to offer respite care are underway, aiming to provide more flexible options for families and caregivers.

Pet Policy

Pets are not permitted to live within the community. However, visiting pets are welcome, allowing residents to enjoy the company of their furry friends during visits.

Transportation Services

Valley View provides transportation services for shopping trips and doctor's visits, ensuring residents have access to essential services and amenities outside the community.

Staff and Medical Care

Our dedicated team includes Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Registered Nurses (RNs), a doctor on staff, residential assistants, and team leaders. Each level of care has staffing tailored to the specific needs of residents.

Safety and Security

Safety features vary across different levels of care:

• Personal Care: Residents wear pendants and have call bells that ring phones for immediate assistance.
• Skilled Nursing: A traditional light and call bell system is in place for resident safety.

Addressing Concerns

Valley View maintains an open-door policy for addressing concerns and complaints. Residents and families can directly approach our social services department, nursing home administrator, or CEO, who are all readily available on-site.

Communication with Families

To keep families informed, Valley View utilizes a website, Facebook page, and newsletters. Additionally, an emergency alert system is in place to communicate important information through phone messages, text messages, or emails, ensuring families are always up-to-date.
