Uplands Village is a Life Plan Community. Upon entering Uplands Village each new member pays a one-time Membership Fee. The membership fee provides priority admission and discounts for all services that Uplands Village offers. In addition, an annual calculation of your membership fee may be a tax deduction as prepaid healthcare. (Check with your CPA for further clarification.)

We currently have a Studio available on the second floor. And possibly a Deluxe soon.

Assisted Living Availability

Currently in our assisted living, we only have one studio room available. We are currently offering folks a spot on our waiting list with no fee.
