About Tysons Towers Apartments

Tysons Towers Apartments is a low-income, independent community for individuals aged 62 years or over, or those who have a mobility or disability challenge. Our staff is overseen by the General Manager.

Security and Safety

We are a secured facility with a monitored entry system. Each apartment features a pull cord system that connects directly to our front office, which is monitored 24/7 and can contact 911 if needed. We also have a service coordinator to help refer resources.

Apartment Amenities and Transportation

Our apartments offer up-to-date kitchens. We provide our own shuttle bus with a Monday through Sunday set schedule. Additionally, there are transportation programs available through Fairfax County for those who qualify.

Emergency Contact and Pet Policy

An Emergency Contact Form is retained for each resident, completed by the resident. Pets are allowed, but with restrictions and a required security deposit.

Frequently Asked Questions

We are not an assisted living facility. Residents needing assistance for their quality of living may qualify for services through Fairfax County.
